Bridge
Terms of Service
Last updated May 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bridge website and the services we provide. By using Bridge or working with one of our associates, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Bridge.
1. Who we are
Bridge is an agency that guides creators into owning and earning from their work, including through digital assets and token launches. We give advice, help you choose the right chain, facilitate a launch when the timing is right, and help you understand and claim the fees and royalties your work may earn. Our associates are the people who guide you through this.
2. Not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
Nothing Bridge says or provides is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. We share information and guidance to help you make your own decisions. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, financial advisor, or fiduciary. Before you act, you should speak with your own qualified professionals. Any decision you make is yours alone.
3. No guarantees. The market sets the value
We never promise earnings, returns, or a specific outcome. What your work is worth is set by the market, not by us. Digital assets are volatile and speculative. Prices can fall, liquidity can disappear, and the value of anything you launch or hold can drop to zero. You may lose some or all of what you put in. Past results, examples, or projections are not a promise of future results. We do not guarantee that any token will launch, succeed, hold value, or attract buyers.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use Bridge. You are responsible for making sure your use of Bridge and of any digital asset is allowed where you live. Bridge is not offered where it would be unlawful.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep control of your own wallets, keys, and accounts. You are responsible for their security.
- Follow the laws that apply to you, including securities, tax, and reporting rules.
- Pay your own taxes. You are responsible for determining and meeting your tax obligations.
- Do not use Bridge for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or anything unlawful.
6. Ownership stays with you
Your work stays yours. Helping you own more of what you make is the point of Bridge. We do not claim ownership of your creative work by guiding you through a launch.
7. We do not custody your assets
Bridge does not hold, control, or take custody of your funds, tokens, or private keys. You transact from your own wallet. We cannot reverse, recover, or refund on-chain transactions.
8. Fees and associate commissions
Bridge and the associate who works with you may earn a commission, which can be a share of the rewards or fees your work generates. When a coin launches on a platform such as pump.fun, those reward fees may be split between you, your associate, and Bridge. We tell you the terms up front and in plain language before anything launches. You are never charged a share you did not agree to.
9. Third-party services and blockchains
Bridge relies on third-party tools, launch platforms, wallets, and public blockchains that we do not own or control. Transactions recorded on a blockchain are public and permanent. We are not responsible for the acts, failures, fees, downtime, or security of any third party.
10. Intellectual property
The Bridge name, logo, site, and content are owned by Bridge and may not be copied or used without permission. This does not affect ownership of your own creative work.
11. Disclaimers
Bridge and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bridge and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, value, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of Bridge. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bridge harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of Bridge, your digital assets, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms or our services. When we make material changes, we will update the date above. Your continued use of Bridge after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Termination
You may stop using Bridge at any time. We may suspend or end access to our services if you breach these Terms or use Bridge unlawfully.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by law.
